This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how AMC Networks International Broadcasting Limited and each of its EU subsidiaries and affiliate entities listed in section 1 of the Privacy Policy Details below (collectively, "AMCNI -UK" "we," or "us") collect, use, and share personal data about our suppliers, production participants, candidates, journalists, business representatives and other individuals that are not AMCNI-UK employees and that support or are otherwise involved in the corporate or business activities of AMCNI-UK (collectively, "Collaborators"). This Policy also provides information about the choices Collaborators may have regarding the personal data we collect. This Policy does not apply to personal data that we collect of users of our services, web pages, applications, contests or promotions.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect business contact information and other information needed to enter into and maintain our relationship with you. If you connect to or access our systems or networks, we automatically collect information about the devices you use and your interactions with our resources. Absent the express authorization of parents or legal representatives, we do not attempt to collect information about Collaborators who are under 16 (sixteen) years old. We reserve the right to delete any personal data associated with a Collaborator who is under 16 (sixteen) years of age if we are not certain that we have obtained valid authorization from parents or legal representatives.

For Collaborators who are 16 (sixteen) years old or older, or for whom we have obtained valid authorization, we collect the following types of personal data:

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY COLLABORATORS:
We may ask you to provide us with personal data, or you may voluntarily choose to provide us with personal data, in the course of our relationship. Such information includes name, email, telephone number, mail address, work history, academic details (CV), bank account information, government-issued identification number, picture, and expense information. We will let you know if you are required to provide specific information. We continue to collect personal data provided by Collaborators during the course of our relationship; in particular, we collect the email address and the full content of any messages, attachments, and other information contained in emails that Collaborators send to us. And we collect information that Collaborators provide when they visit our offices or facilities, or attend our events or activities.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY:
If you connect to or access our systems or networks, including the Wi-Fi networks in our offices, we collect information about your device, including the hardware model, the operating system and the version, the IP address and the MAC identifier or other unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information the interaction of the device with our resources.

When you access our facilities, we collect information via access controls and video surveillance systems.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM OTHER SOURCES:
We collect Collaborators´ personal data from third-party social networks and employment platforms. The personal data we obtain from those sources will depend on the privacy settings chosen by the Collaborator for the platforms and the privacy policies and practices of the third parties. You should check the policies and privacy settings with the platforms you use. We process the personal data we collect from these platforms in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. Additionally, we may collect publicly available Collaborator´s information that may be of interest to us. The information we collect from such sources can include name, networks of contacts, interests, contact information, and published content.

AGGREGATE AND/OR ANONYMOUS INFORMATION:
We may aggregate or anonymize certain information that we collect from Collaborators, so we cannot identify them.


3. HOW DO WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT?

4. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We process your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations to you, to comply with legal requirements, and for our legitimate interests, including business efficiency, managing our projects, expanding our business, and maintaining records of our business activities. 5. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSED?
We share personal data with trusted third parties as needed to support and manage our collaborations. We disclose personal data to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint venture partners. We may disclose information in connection with a sale or other transfer of our business or assets. And we may share information as necessary to comply with legal requirements, defend the rights and property of us or others, and maintain safety and security. WITH CONSENT OF THE COLLABORATOR:
We disclose Collaborators´ information whenever they ask for us to do so or otherwise authorize the disclosure. In particular, with Collaborators’ consent, we disclose information to our partners or advertisers for purposes of sending marketing communications, as described in section 3.

WITH GROUP COMPANIES:
We may share Collaborator’s information with our affiliates and subsidiaries in support of the purposes described in section 4.

WITH TRUSTED PARTNERS:
We share information with joint venture partners companies in the media and entertainment sectors, and with data research organizations for the purposes described in section 4.

WITH TRUSTED THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS:
We engage third party service providers to perform a variety of services and functions for us. We may share the Collaborator’s information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy and on the condition that the third parties use your information only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.

TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND TO PROTECT COLLABORATORS, US AND OTHERS:
We disclose your personal data to third parties if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws or to respond to subpoenas, warrants or similar process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, Collaborators, or third parties; or (c) ensure the safety and security of our services, systems and of our customers and third parties.

IN CONNECTION WITH A BUSINESS TRANSFER:
If we negotiate or complete a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization or sale of all or a portion of our assets, Collaborators’ information may be transferred as part of that transaction in accordance with applicable data protection regulation.

IF THE INFORMATION HAS BEEN ANONYMIZED:
We may share or disclose information that does not identify you with any third party and for any purpose.

INTERNATIONAL TRANFERS:
In the course of processing your personal data, we transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area, including to countries that are currently regarded as countries that do not provide adequate protections for personal data (in particular, the United States). These transfers support the processing of personal data described above. When we transfer personal data to such countries, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission) in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 6. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to local law and the circumstances associated with the processing of the data. These rights include rights to:

Access your personal data that we process;
Request that we correct or delete incorrect or inaccurate personal data;
Request that we delete your personal data when, including when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
Request that we limit the processing of personal data (for example pending our assessment of the accuracy of personal data in response to a claim that the data is inaccurate);
Request portability of your personal data (that is, to receive a copy of certain personal data in a structured format for transmission to another organization);

You can withdraw your consent to our sending of marketing communications at any time by following the "opt-out" instructions in the communications you receive or by emailing us at DataPrivacy-uk@amcnetworks.com. We may continue to send you non-marketing communications, including, for example, administrative confirmations and notices of updates to our Policy, if we choose to provide such notices to the Collaborators in this manner.


7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?
We retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a certain time thereafter, as required for legal compliance or as necessary to support the purposes described in this Policy. MORE INFO»

We retain Collaborators’ personal data for the duration of our relationship with Collaborators, and for a certain period after the relationship ends.

When determining how long to retain your personal data after our relationship ends, we consider how long we must retain the personal data for the purposes described above (taking into account the limitations period of the country in which you are based for the establishment and defense of legal claims) and our legal and regulatory obligations.


8. OTHER ISSUES
CHANGES IN POLICY. We may change this Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you by posting the updated policy and revising the "Effective Date" above. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will send you notice via email or other reasonable means.

SECURITY MEASURES: We are committed to protecting the information that we collect and receive. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect the Collaborators´ information from unauthorized access, use or disclose.

OTHER JURISDICTIONS: Collaborators decide whether to establish a relationship with us and are responsible for complying with applicable protection laws regarding Collaborators’ provision of personal data to us.
